Liz Lonergan started the office in '96 and moved to the building
at 12530 S. Harlem Avenue in Palos Heights in 2001,
which is when Ricky Rogala joined the business and
together they ran Body & Soul for 25 years.
We have had so many wonderful practitioners, teachers, and clients through those years. The community that was built in that
space was truly incredible!
The Center for Body & Soul was officially closed in December of 2025.
Liz passed away on December 23rd, 2025. She was a great influence and friend to many as well as an expert in many holistic modalities.
Ricky has moved his massage practice to a peaceful space in his home in Midlothian. You can reach him at the original office number and email. He is accepting massage clients and is also available to help with questions or connecting with different practitioners.
