Yoga & Meditation

Following a gentle yoga practice, we will move into meditation as a learning experience.  The type of meditation is mindfulness meditation, an effective and at times miraculous technique of meditation against life's problems and situations.The practice will focus our attention on our thoughts, actions, and present moments non-judgementally.
