Our Mission Statement

Each of our staff members is a highly trained, dedicated and caring human being.
We are devoted to helping you find your complete health and wellness by:
  • providing a peaceful, safe environment for self-exploration and healing;
  • offering a variety of healing modalities for body, mind, and spirit;
  • demystifying natural healing to empower you to become your own healer.
By mutual teaching exchange, we learn self-love and self-responsibility and move towards becoming more complete, happy, healthy human beings.

Special Events & Workshops

Meditation and Yoga Class
with Mary Lynn Colosimo

Please join us to cultivate balance, blessings, and new beginnings in your life. Each class will begin with a yoga practice of gentle asanas and breathing techniques to encourage the body to be comfortable during meditation. Various forms of meditation will then be practiced. To aid your home practice, handouts will be provided for both meditation and yoga postures.
