We are devoted to helping you find your complete health and wellness by:

Special Events & Workshops

 

Yoga & Meditation Class with MaryLynn Colosimo

Please join us for yoga and meditation classes on
Saturday mornings
$12 for each class. Please register in advance
January 7th, 21st & February 4th, 25th
10 - 11:15 a.m.

We will begin each class with a gentle yoga practice. The yoga asanas will assist us in releasing toxins from the body: physically, mentally, spiritually, and psychologically. Following the yoga practice, we will move into meditation as a learning experience. Yoga means unity, where we are all one, breathing together, working together, meditating together and loving together.
The type of meditation that we will enter into is Mindfulness Meditation, an effective and at times miraculous technique of meditation against life*s problems and situations. The practice will focus our attention on our thoughts, actions, and present moments non-judgmentally.
