Yoga classes include relaxing exercises which relieve tension and restore good health, breathing techniques for a higher level of vitality, and mediation for calmness and clarity of mind. There are afternoon and evening classes available, at varying levels of experience.
* The Monday, Tuesday and Thursday night yoga classes are mixed/open, where students of many levels of experience are welcome.
YogaKids® schedule has its own page.
Belly Dance, or Middle Eastern Dance, is a very old form of dance that is also quite modern.
Magdas students will learn basic movements and how to put them together. Emphasis is placed on listening to the music and interpreting it in dance, rather than on choreography. She is a professional Middle Eastern dancer, she breaks down every movement completely, and works to the classes abilities.
She currently teaches three belly dance classes, beginning through advanced. Classes are Wednesday and Thursday nights. Advance registration is required.
* All students must take one session of Beginning class before moving up with instructor approval. Only students with prior instructor-led belly dance instruction at least 6 months will be considered for the Intermediate class without attending the beginning class first. No exceptions will be made.
Beginning Belly Dance: Wednesday 6:45-7:45pm, 8-9pm
Intermediate Belly Dance: Thursday 6-7pm
Advanced Belly Dance: Thursday 7:15-8:15pm

The Stott Pilates system is an anatomically-based approach to the original exercise method pioneered by Joseph Pilates. It incorporates modern exercise sciences and rehabilitation principles, eliminating contradicted movements while emphasizing neutral alignment, core stability and peripheral mobility.
What can you expect from a regular pilates workout? Longer, leaner muscles, core strength and stability, prevention of injuries, relief from backaches, improved balance and coordination, improved digestion, enhanced athletic performance, heightened mind-body awareness and increased self-confidence.
Advance registration is required; class sizes are limited. Classes are taught by Deb Zielke.
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese Art of moving meditation. A beneficial and enjoyable practice for people of any age, Tai Chis smooth, flowing movements are designed to integrate body, mind and spirit. This practice has been shown to increase relaxation, improve balance and flexibility and promote a greater sense of well being. In this class we will learn some of the fundamental Tai Chi forms, begin to explore the concept of internal energy and become familiar with the philosophy behind the movements. No previous Tai Chi knowledge or experience is required.
Advance registration is required; class sizes are limited. Classes are taught by Paul Channic.
Meditation class is scheduled for the third Saturday of each month, 2:30-4pm. Please call ahead to confirm.
